Uterine Cancer is becoming much more common in companion dogs nowadays although not yet so common as in their mistresses.

Underlying the development of all cancers is a generalised breakdown of metabolic and immune systems and the bodily processes involved in cell health maintenance, Uterine Cancer in particular is related in humans to a subversion of normal nurturing and caring needs.

I can only assume that the modern companion dog is suffering from an interference in natural breeding and nurturing needs but perhaps without the emotional life fulfilment isssues, which I find as a significant factor in my human patients with uterine cancer.

For Uterine Cancer the herbs which I have chosen for my basic support mix are:
Pulsatilla, Phytolacca, Comfrey, Wormwood, St Mary's Thistle, Hawthorne, Equisetum and Yarrow. The Bach Flower Remedies which are included are Centaury, Sweet Chestnut, Red Chestnut, and Wild Oat.

This mix is given in conjunction with Maritime Pine Bark-Super Antioxidant which is derived from the Maritime Pine and together they have the potential to slow down and reverse the development of Uterine Cancer and bring it into remission.
