I took Scamp, a Scottish Cairn terrier on as a rescue dog. A few years later we discovered some lumps, diagnosed as lymph cancer. I am secretary of our local riding club and at a meeting I I mentioned Scamp and that she had been given only about 6-8 weeks to live.
