The mixture includes the ingredients of the Heart Tonic Mix but also additional specific ingredients to heal the damage and/or reverse the degeneration. The total list of ingredients are: Cactus, Hawthorn, Horsetail, Comfrey, Mugwort and Saw Palmetto along with the Bach Flowers: Oak and Rescue Remedy. A course of three or four months is usually long enough to allow the body to complete the repair or reverse the degeneration.
