There are many natural alternatives to Hormone Replacement Therapy (H.R.T.) and its attendant discomfort and dangers. My choice as a starting point contains the following herbs:- Vervain, Wild Yam, Euphorbia, Pulsatilla, Chaste Berry, Sarsaparilla, Liquorice and Blue Flag in a Bach Flower base of Cerato, Wild Oat and Scleranthus.
I do however find a great variability in the mixtures which suit different individuals and offer this formulation as a good general purpose one. It should be taken mixed in a cup of cold (or hot) Chamomile tea, for best results.
If you find you are able to switch from HRT to this program and find yourself more comfortable, you can consider it a good initial, (and certainly a much safer) approach.
