Kellosheil Park Rates

Kellosheil Park consists of 272 acres of sheltered well-grassed alluvial flats, creek beds and lightly timbered areas. Agistment paddocks have been cleared of all wire and unseen obstacles. All partition fencing is new.

We have are developing a facility, which in the first stage will consist of the following:

Spelling/ Growing out paddock
Shared Agistment paddock
Mares and Foals paddock
Holistic Rehabilitation paddocks 1 acre in size.
Private agistment paddocks both 2 and 4 acres in size.
Outdoor Arenas x 2
Jumping Arena
Round Yard
3 Km Hacking Trail / X Country Track

Charges: (GST additional)
(fortnightly in advance, charged directly to credit card)

Shared Spelling / Growing Out: $25/week
(use of other facilities by arrangement only)

Shared Agistment: $35/week
(full use of facilities)

Mares and Foals: $40/week
(for the pair in a shared paddock)

Private Paddock (one horse): $65/week
(full use of facilities includes tack room, shelter, wash station)

Private Paddock (two horses): $120/week
(full use of facilities includes tack room, shelter, wash station)

Medical Agistment: $35/day
(includes full livery - medicines additional at cost)

Training/ Exercising: $35/hr
(includes round yard and other in-hand or ridden work)
