MY HORSE HAS ITCHY SORES; DO YOU HAVE A TREATMENT FOR THIS?

Your skin problem saga is a common scenario and pretty simple to address once you understand what is really going on.

One of the main ways that horses and dogs manage blood toxins which are unable to be eliminated for whatever reason is by storing them out of the way just under the skin so they don't compromise important organs or systems.

They are stored either in small or larger encapsulated cysts or just generally spread about under areas of skin. The idea is that these toxins will either be reabsorbed at a more suitable opportunity by the blood and discharged through the bowel or kidneys, or pushed out through the skin through perspiration or through the process of small sores or itchy areas which open up to the outside through the process of infection or through scratching and thereby released.

With a chronic history, you end up with damaged and scarred and/or weakened and oversensitive skin and this damage needs to be addressed along with any secondary fungal or other infections which proliferate in this particular environment.

This is why topical applications sometimes appear to work but never provide a permanent solution.

In the first instance you need blood cleansers such as the formulation shown on my website at
http://www.herbal-treatments.com/horse_blood_cleanser.html

And I would recommend you started there and reported back to me on what you notice at the 4-week mark.

Adding fresh garlic, molasses and rosehip tea to the diet will also support the improvement in immunity and toxin removal.

After you are six weeks or so into the blood cleansing program I would be recommending we work on healing the secondary skin problems as described above, and my recommendations will depend on what you have noticed by way of improvement to this point.
